Dehydrated is the fastest way to
ruin your performance and spoil
your fun. A hydration system
lets you carry between 2 or 3
litres of water or your favourite
energy drink, without interfering
with your hands and with a tube
and valve to drink from
whenever you like. During
intensive exercise, you should
drink around 1 litre of water
every hour which means
drinking little and often - much
easier then fumbling with a
bottle. Ensure you purchase a
cleaning kit too, or you'll be
buying a new reservoir very
soon!
