BMX helmets are also suitable for skateboard, skates and scooter riders.
The helmets usually come with s set of pads allowing you to adjust the size finely. The helmet should fit snuggly and not wobble on the head. It is important that after an accident you replace it; manufacturers even recommend replacing bike helmets after a drop. Your brain is important to us, keep it safe!
BMX helmets do not have a lot of breath ability and therefore are not suitable for long hot rides, but are designed for stunts; either way they perform the same function of keeping you safe.
