Before you contact us check out the Shimano Tech Docs (click here) website. Either search or browse to locate the required component. (note: part numbers should be typed in the format FC-TX70 not FCTX70. For parts and spares you will need to search by component name or part number. )

To find the parts and spares on our site enter the part number into our search box. (note: part numbers should be in the format "Y1E398080" not "Y-1E39 8080".
If you can't find them with us, they are most likely not available in the UK.
