While many ultrelight brakes on the market have taken a step backwards in performance by reverting to a single pivot design, TRP is looking to the future with the R950 brake by combining a modern, dual-pivot design with the most advanced manufacturing techniques and materials available. Our goal with the use of carbon fiber is not to create a simple aesthetic wallpaper; instead, structural carbon fribers are painstakingly laid-up according to their directional properties and then bonded to a forged alloy skeleton.
