Fitting is vitally important. In our experience Shimano shoes are tight fitting and we often advise our customers who are new to SPDs to double check and go one EU size higher then normal trainer size. All sizes are in EU measurements.
Regrettably, due to the expense of postage of shoes and our bargain prices, we operate a different exchange policy from the rest of our products. Shoes can be exchanged but any costs incurred in postage must be paid for by the customer. If you are in any doubt at all we would prefer you chat to us first as we want to get your size right first time. It is less expense and work for you and us!
