Looks like heavily-loaded Moly grease, but better to be safe than sorry. The nozzle deposits the grease to the right depth in the roller brake (around 1cm in), so if you use alternatives methods of application, such as a grease gun, the grease may not be in the right position, or you may have to put in much more grease than would be necessary when using the Shimano dispenser.
