SPD's and Cycling shoes will improve your cycling technique. However getting the right size is vitally important. In our experience Shimano shoes are tight fitting and we often advise our customers to double check and go one EU size higher then normal. All size are in EU measurements. Regrettably Due to the expense of postage of shoes and our bargain prices we operate a different exchange policy from the rest of our products. Shoes can be exchanged but any postage costs incurred must be paid for by the customer.
