PLEASE NOTE: Please note that failure to observe the following information and guidelines may invalidate any warranty claims against the manufacturer for any non manufacturing damage to your product. We have experienced occasions where the recipient of our Tables has, post the delivery, advised that the product has been received damaged by the carriers. We are advising that if the recipient signs for the delivery in good condition then no further claims can be entered into for non manufacturing faults or transit damage to the products. This is due to the fact that when the consignment is signed for as being received in good condition we have no claim on our insurance or with the carriers for damage caused in transit. The recipient will be required to assist the carrier with the unloading of the tables on delivery. All tables are minimum 2 person lift due to their size and their weight being in excess of 60Kgs. The carriers are responsible for delivering the goods to the kerbside of the delivery address only; they are not responsible for taking goods up any steps, or to any other location for any reason. However many drivers can be more accommodating than others and would offer further assistance if required but they are not obliged to do this. All tables are despatched from J and R Sports direct strapped to a pallet to ensure the table is protected during transit. If the recipient receives the table not strapped to a pallet they must check the goods for any transit damage prior to signing for the goods. Should the recipient sign for the delivery without noting any damage or faults then no claims will be accepted under any circumstances. The words unexamined or unchecked will not be accepted as a conditional signature. BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN ORDERING YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE ABOVE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS.
